Kassidy is passionate about advancing conservation in ways that sustain the longevity and legacy of rural communities while enhancing the region’s ecological health and sustainability. She grew up in western Kansas on her family’s farm, where she developed a strong connection to rural life and the natural world.
Kassidy earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Natural Resources from Fort Hays State University and previously worked as an ecological and mule deer technician for the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
This position is part of the Tomorrow’s Water team supported by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation America’s Ecosystem Restoration Initiative grant awarded to the Kansas Water Office.
