Caring for animals, their welfare and environment, has always been a core value and passion for Kylene. Using her business and financial skills to support a non-profit organization dedicated to conservation is her way of making a difference and creating a better future for wildlife.
At PLJV, Kylene supports the operational side of the organization including financial and human resources functions. She also looks forward to working with the team to continually improve processes and functions in support of ongoing operations. Kylene is excited to be part of the PLJV team, to learn more about the field of habitat conservation, and continue to grow professionally and personally.
Kylene has worked with businesses across a variety of industries and business models, with a focus on providing accounting and human resources services. Prior to joining PLJV, she was a staff accountant and human resources specialist at Atlas Admin Services where she managed the daily, weekly, and monthly operations of multiple clients. Kylene received a bachelor’s degree in business, with a major in accounting and a minor in finance, from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs.
