As a fourth generation agricultural producer, Titus is passionate about land stewardship through conservation. His family operation spans three groundwater management districts in western Kansas, giving him the unique opportunity to connect with people and communities across the region.
Titus was drawn to work at PLJV because of the organization’s impressive ability to foster collaborative partnerships that motivate effective voluntary conservation-minded stewardship, adoption of conservation practices, and program enrollment. He believes local, voluntary, adaptive solutions developed through collaboration and cooperation are the most effective way to support the long-term health and stability of our natural resources.
In his role at PLJV, Titus connects private landowners, agricultural producers, and communities with existing strategies and tools to protect and restore the land and water. He believes in a bright, hopeful future where together we can find solutions that support a healthy ecology and vibrant communities.
