Andrew has been supporting the strategic growth and development of small and nonprofit businesses for over 25 years and joined the PLJV team in 2015. As PLJV’s Business Director, he manages the finance and human resources functions of the joint venture, and supports the delivery of conservation programs through funding and partnership development.
Andrew’s career has given him unique opportunities to partner with boards and staff on optimizing the structure of lean organizations, coordinating foundational efforts in resource development, managing teams and strategic growth, and investing in recruitment and retention efforts to attract top talent. His personal mission is animal welfare — helping homeless animals find forever homes, promoting awareness about pet overpopulation, and advocating for spay and neuter surgeries.
